In our tradition of advancing democracy through critical discussion and debate, the 4th Street Forum promotes public discussion on public issues through regular programs. The Turner Ballroom Preservation Trust was formed in 2000 to restore the magnificent two-story 1882 Turner Hall ballroom to its original splendor and public purpose as a civic and cultural venue. Cream City Sessions is a program of the Preservation Trust sponsoring a wide range of cultural and artistic events in the Turner Hall Ballroom to support and promote Milwaukee-based artists and cultural organizations. The Historic Turner Restaurant is located in the lower floor of the Hall offering traditional German and contemporary fare. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive more information about any aspect of the Milwaukee Turners.
